How delivery works
GLS Standard: once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a message from GLS by email or SMS, which lets you track your parcel and adjust the delivery time or place.
Standard shipping: your parcel is sent as a regular international postal shipment. Delivery time depends on the postal service in the destination country.
Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected or the address is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us, we will resend it at your request; the customer pays the cost of resending.

Kako poteka dostava
GLS Standard: ko je paket odpremljen, prejmete sporočilo GLS po e-pošti ali SMS. V njem lahko spremljate pošiljko in prilagodite čas ali kraj dostave.
Standardna dostava: paket pošljemo z navadno mednarodno pošiljko. Rok je odvisen od pošte v državi prejemnika.
Neprevzete pošiljke
Če paketa ne prevzamete ali je naslov napačen in se pošiljka vrne k nam, jo na vašo željo ponovno pošljemo; strošek ponovnega pošiljanja plača kupec.
